V&A 2020 Illustration Award Shortlist by Clive Hicks-Jenkins

Clive Hicks-Jenkins has been announced as one of three shortlisted nominees for the 2020 V&A Illustration Awards in the category ‘Illustrated Book’, for his work on Hansel & Gretel: a Nightmare in Eight Scenes by Simon Armitage. Published by Design for Today with book design by Laurence Beck.

The Laurel Prize by Clive Hicks-Jenkins

Clive Hicks-Jenkins has created the logo for the Poet Laureate Simon Armitage’s Laurel Prize, a new annual award for eco-poetry launched in November 2019. The award is being administered by the executive director of The Poetry School, Sally Carruthers. The first recipient will be announced at an event hosted by the Yorkshire Sculpture Park in 2020.
